Buyer Services:
- What do you need to stay close to? - Work, Friends, School, Family or Highway...
- Minimum # of Bedrooms / # of Bathrooms and other MUST Haves?
- We will set up a Real-Time MLS search sending you properties within your criteria.
Have you been pre-approved? This is critical for a number of reasons:
- Today, your offer will not be considered without a lender pre-approval
- Without knowing your qualifications, you may spend or pay too much later
- Once, pre-approved, examine your monthly budget and regardless of how high the pre-
approval is, determine how much you feel comfortable spending per month. (Note: buying
based on purchase price only can be misleading due to the varying dollars in taxes,
