A walk-through of your home will help us determine the best approach in home preparation, furniture arrangement, timing of the entire process, and the most effective sales/marketing strategy.
We would also like to hear your goals and objectives, and see how we can align them to the entire home sale process. This will also enable you to make future plans.

2| WHAT'S YOUR HOME WORTH?
During the "Pre-Sale" meeting we took note of the upgrades and condition of your home, as well as location, proximity to schools, and amenities. Next, we will analyze your home's value using our state-of-the-art technology to compare the most recent sales within your area, and produce a detailed Home Valuation Report.
We will review our findings with you, (in person or via Zoom) to come together on the listing price and set expectations of the anticipated sales price.
