During the "Pre-Sale" meeting we took note of the upgrades and condition of your home, as well as location, proximity to schools, and amenities. Next, we will analyze your home's value using our state-of-the-art technology to compare the most recent sales within your area, and produce a detailed Home Valuation Report. 

 

We will review our findings with you, (in person or via Zoom) to come together on the listing price and set expectations of the anticipated sales price.
